When everything sets you off and every cell in your body feels like it is going to explode.
My iPhone keeps crashing. Grr.
I don’t care who you are, how old you are, what you do, what you own, who you love…. Do an advanced directive. When doctors tell you that the person you love is going to die trust me: you don’t want to be in the position where you have to make decisions about how to continue or end their life. Talk about it. Please.
Today was super heavy. I could sleep for several days straight.
The curtains in my living room and blowing back and forth like crazy. The thing is, all of the windows/doors are closed and locked. Aaaaaaand our heat is blowing right out. I hate having an old house and a shitty landlord.
It’s fascinating that when one is shopping for a home, one thinks of a home that they will raise a family in… Waking up and down hallways and looking into rooms thinking, this will be our baby’s room. And don’t just think about how it will affect you and your family but also think about...
I’m thankful for clear sunny skies and the smell of my candles burning in my home even when it was 80 degrees today
Day 3 (late)
I’m thankful to be okay in my relationship where I can have a day to myself and he can have the day to his self and it’s okay, refreshing even.
I am thankful to work with people who work to create the most respectful environment and respectful decisions when making a plan to support someone who is at the end of their life. I hope I am that lucky when it’s my turn.
Today I’m thankful to be able to sleep in once in awhile.
